ASSEMBLY OPERATIONS

Soldering Technician, PCB

  • Experience in IPC-A-610, Class 3 and J-STD-001 criteria
  • Certification to IPC / J-STD preferred
  • Solder Surface Mount and Through Hole Components on Printed Circuit Boards
  • Experienced in working with a microscope
  • Expected to read process documentation including; Bills of Material and Assembly drawings

Flying Probe Programmer

  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing test development technologies including functional test, MDA, boundary scan, ICT, flying probe, etc. and the appropriate circumstances to deploy the technologies
  • Candidates must have at least five years of experience with flying probe test or in-circuit test equipment. A candidate would develop and debug test systems and could install test programs sets online
  • Candidates would also help support production testing and implement Engineering Change Orders (ECO's) and program enhancements, library model generation, performs testing and failure analysis of assemblies, and performs such other related tasks
  • Basic CAD knowledge (Gerber files need to be translated to CAD)
  • Familiarity with Viva software a plus
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001,13485, AS9100 and similar quality standards
  • Monitor ICT, FCT test yield, ensure that we achieve the expected first passed yield

  

SMT Operator / Programmer

  • Surface Mount Technology equipment operator / programmer, Universal, Quad
  • Experienced in fine pitch technology, leaded and lead-free assembly
  • Certifications to J-STD and IPC specifications preferred
  • Must be able to read Engineering assembly drawings, Bills of Material, component identification, etc.
